Aberdovey

Aberdovey is a thriving small harbour resort set within the Snowdonia National Park, where the river Dyfi meets the waters of Cardigan Bay. Quaint old streets rise up to spectacular viewpoints, whilst in the heart of the village you can enjoy browsing in specialist boutiques and art galleries or dine in exceptional inns and restaurants. It  has some of the finest beaches in Britain with four miles of golden sand-dune backed shoreline running north to Tywyn.

Popular outdoor activities focus on the beach and water sports, such as windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing, crabbing, sailing, and canoeing on the estuary. In the summer, there are yachting regattas, sail boarding competitions, rowing regattas and other water sports events along with family entertainment on its award-winning beaches.
